Gordon, our Chairman since 2001, is committed to providing an ever improving Dial a Ride service to our members and to expanding the service to include a Community Bus serving the local and surrounding community.

Anyone who works as a volunteer with FACTS is given the training they need to help them carry out their role to the highest standards
David C. carries out the driver assessment and training whilst David H. trains the Passenger Assistants.

Miriam is our Community Car Services administrator and has been with us since October 2004. If you need the car service ring her between 09:30 and 12:30 Monday to Friday.

I'm Bob Knights, Manager of FACTS since November 2000. I have overall responsibility for the day to day running of our current services and the development of new ones. I am also responsible for this web site so if you have any comments or suggestions for its improvement please address them to me.
